Leslie Kilgore served as the Company's Chief Marketing Officer from 2000 until 2012. From February 1999 to March 2000, Ms. Kilgore served as Director of Marketing for Amazon.com, Inc., an Internet retailer. Ms. Kilgore served as a brand manager for The Procter & Gamble Company, a manufacturer and marketer of consumer products, from August 1992 to February 1999. She also served on the board of Nextdoor Holdings, Inc. from 2015 to 2023. She currently serves on the board of Pinterest, Inc., where she also sits on the audit and compensation committees. Ms. Kilgore holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
