Alain Tascan was named President of Games in July 2024. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Game Development at Epic Games where he oversaw all first-party game development for ‘Fortnite’, ‘Lego Fortnite,’ ‘Rocket League’ and ‘Fall Guys.’ Prior to Epic, Alain founded the Montreal studios for Ubisoft and EA, where he spearheaded new IP creation as well as partnerships with Hollywood studios to create blockbuster games including ‘Army of Two,’ ‘Need for Speed: Nitro’ and ‘Batman Vengeance.’ Alain also founded and served as CEO of Umi Games. Before entering the gaming industry, he worked in publishing and radio. Alain holds a master’s in economics from the University of Nice.
